The practice is at ul. Głębocka 9 in Warsaw. Visits are by appointment — call or leave a request and I will reply within 15 minutes.

Address
ul. Głębocka 9, 03-287 Warszawa. Białołęka district, close to the Targówek border. The practice is at the RS-MED centre.
Landmark
The same street as the Targówek and Zielony Targówek shopping centres (Głębocka 13 and 15) — if you know the way there, you know the way here.
By car
Take the exit from Trasa Toruńska (S8). The shopping centre next door has a large free car park.
Easy to reach from
Białołęka, Targówek, Bródno and Zielona-Grzybowa, as well as Marki, Ząbki and Nieporęt along Trasa Toruńska.
