What happens next
Confirmation
Requests and calls are answered within 15 minutes during working hours. The time is confirmed in the reply or by phone.
Reminder
A reminder arrives the day before, so the date does not slip.
Preparation
If your appointment needs any preparation, you are told in advance what to do and which day of the cycle works best.
Changing the date
Plans change. Call or write and we move it, no questions asked.
What you need to book
Nothing beyond a name and a phone number. No referral, no NFZ insurance and no PESEL — visits are private, and you can book in your first week in the country.
